Hotel Grand Nefeli, Vasiliki (Lefkada)

I stayed at a hotel and at an apartment with spacious balconies and a fantastic view. The room was smaller than expected for the price but equipped with a kitchen. The service by the manager was excellent, offering us a choice of rooms with different views. The location, while not exactly in Vasiliki but in Pondi, was nice and perfect for water sports enthusiasts. The dining experience in the morning provided a wide variety of options and local delicacies. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.

The hotel rooms were very good, but the standout feature of this hotel is definitely the exceptional service provided by extremely helpful and polite managers. I felt properly greeted every time I passed by, which left a lasting impression. The staff here is top-class, exceeding our expectations. The cleanliness standards were outstanding, and we enjoyed an excellent view and a very clean room, along with a nice breakfast.
